Senior Administration Officer

- Certificate III in Health Administration and/or demonstrated experience in providing high level administrative skills in a busy work environment.
- Demonstrated experience and commitment to delivering quality customer focused service showing excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to maintain a calm, pleasant and respectful manner when dealing with a diverse range of people.
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office including Access, Outlook, MS Word, Excel, eMR/CHOC scheduling/report running, TRIM and a high level in word processing and minute taking.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with problem solving and conflict resolution skills and the ability to escalate issues appropriately.
- Understanding of the principles of confidentiality and privacy as they relate to health and a demonstrated ability to handle issues of a confidential and sensitive nature.
- Capacity to undertake a diverse range of administrative tasks, demonstrating initiative, strong organisational and time management skills, ability to prioritise and delegate work appropriately.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as an integral part of a multidisciplinary team.
