Registered Nurse - Paediatrics Unit
Hornsby Hospital’s Paediatric ward is looking for an enthusiastic RN to work with a passionate team in a small but busy department.

Where you’ll be working:
You will be working in the Paediatirc unit at Hornsby Ku-ring-Gai Hospital caring for patients from the ages of newborn to 18 years of age. The patients are made up of General Medical/Surgical/ ENT/MH and eating disorders. The team is made up of a group of clinicians who love working with Children, adolescents and their families.
What you’ll be doing:
As a qualified Registered Nurse, you will be coordinating and delivering high quality care to your Paediatric patients and families. This is both challenging and rewarding at the same time and your role is supported by both CNE/CNC and NUM.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Registered Nurse - Division 1 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Current clinical knowledge and clinical problem solving ability.
- A commitment to excellence in nursing practice and continuing professional development.
- Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
- An understanding of the professional, ethical and legal requirements of the Registered Nurse.
