How do you demonstrate these behaviours with all stakeholders, colleagues, direct reports, as well as our patients and consumers, and those that care for them?
- Are you a Registered Midwife with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)? Please provide your current AHPRA registration number as a Registered Midwife.
- Summarise your current Midwifery clinical experience including competency to practice as a midwife across the areas of antenatal care, labour, birth, postnatal care, lactation and infant feeding. Please demonstrate your ability to problem solve within the clinical Midwifery environment.

All NSW Health workers are required to have two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine, as defined by NSW Health. Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate.
