- Graduate of a course in Medical Radiation Science - Radiation Therapy, accredited by the Medical Radiation Practice Board of Australia and eligible for licensure by the NSW Environment Protection Authority (EPA) and eligible for registration by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Demonstrate sound knowledge and experience in all aspects of radiation therapy multimodality image based treatment planning and treatment delivery.
- Demonstrate knowledge and application of radiation therapy quality assurance and quality controls in radiation therapy.
- Demonstrated proven ability to work in a multidisciplinary team, proven leadership ability, to be self-motivated and promote initiative within a group.
- Demonstrate interest in continuing professional education, research and quality improvement activities.
- Proven superior communication and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken.
- Proven research track record; publications and/or research grants and/or research supervision as well as demonstrate knowledge of legislation, policies & procedures associated with conducting research in the health sector.
