- A Masters in Science or Doctor of Philosophy, or other equivalent qualification and at least ten years post-graduate experience in an appropriate scientific field
- Demonstrated experience working with human research subjects
- Demonstrated experience in clinical trials coordination
- Experience in data analysis including the use of statistical programs
- Substantial expertise and track record in the preparation of scientific papers for publication
- Experience working within collaborative research teams as well as the ability to work autonomously with minimal direction
