Mona Vale Hospital Inpatient Team is seeking a passionate, highly skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) who enjoys working in a busy and patient centered environment. Where you'll be working
Inpatient Team, Mona Vale Hospital
What you'll be doing
You’ll be working at Mona Vale Hospital within the inpatient team and will be an all-rounder with demonstrated experience in rehabilitation to provide a high level of occupational therapy services to patients and clients. There may be scope to work within our Palliative Care and Geriatric Evaluation services, as required.
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Must hold registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia.
- Demonstrated well developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the
ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated computer
literacy and ability to use health information systems. - Demonstrated experience in provision of OT service to consumers, carers and families
requiring assessment, environmental modifications, home modifications, appropriate referral
and discharge planning. - Must hold an unrestricted NSW Driver's Licence.
