- Registered Nurse - Division 1 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Senior nursing management experience within Mental Health Drug and Alcohol (MHDA) Services supported by a relevant tertiary management qualifications or significant progression toward.
- Demonstrate advanced oral, written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability and desire to work as part of a team, but also able to work independently and initiate self-directed tasks relating to role.
- Advanced database management from multiple systems with a demonstrated ability to effectively and efficiently analyse, interpret, respond to and manage key operational and strategic issues in the speciality of a MHDA nursing healthcare environment.
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Access) and working knowledge of Health Roster, and other commonly used health performance reporting tools and health software.
- Demonstrated communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively present complex information to a range of key stakeholders at an executive level.
- Current Drivers licence.
