- Registered Authorised NP with APHRA that has completed the Tertiary requirements including a Master’s Degree (Nurse Practitioner) OR Registered Nurse willing to enrol in a Tertiary Master’s Program for Nurse Practitioner. Minimum of 5,000 hours of advanced nursing/midwifery practice during the last six years appropriate to the specialty area (or working towards within the next 3 years)
- Ability to independently assess, investigate and implement appropriate treatment for patients within advanced nursing practice guidelines.
- Demonstrated clinical competency in advanced practice management in Supportive and Palliative Care and specific interest in aged care.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and have effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently within the wider multidisciplinary team.
- Hold current Driver’s License.
