Selection Criteria

1. MBBS or equivalent, currently registered or eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia. Applicants must have Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists or recognition as a specialist by the Medical Board of Australia. Applicants expecting to be awarded their fellowship within 3 months would be considered.
2. Consistently demonstrates behaviours that reinforce the CORE Values of our organisation; Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment. Demonstrates these behaviours with all stakeholders; colleagues, direct reports, as well as our patients and consumers, and those that care for them
3. Demonstrated ability to practice and perform procedures in advanced imaging techniques at a tertiary referral level. Demonstrated subspecialty interest/ experience in neuroradiology would be considered valuable.
4. Appropriate experience to practice as a Medical Practitioner in Radiology
5. Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
6. Demonstrated commitment to teaching
7. Demonstrated interest in quality improvement methodologies and projects
8. Published Research as relevant to the position

COVID-19 Vaccination Compliancy

All NSW Health workers are required to have completed a COVID-19 primary vaccination course of two doses which has been approved or recognised by the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA).  Employees working in a clinical area or are required to attend clinical areas are considered category A and are required to meet the requirements of the Occupational Assessment Screening and Vaccination Against Specified Infectious Diseases Policy Directive. 

Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate.
