- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or extensive experience in project coordination in the hospital environment.
- High-level communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to consult and negotiate with key stakeholders, including senior medical staff.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate proficiently through electronic medical records and patient administration system. Proficient skills in using business software applications, Microsoft Suite- Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat Reader and Internet search engines.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare education materials for clinical and non-clinical staff and prepare reports to support informed decision-making and planning for hospital management and governance groups.
- Excellent organisational skills and experience working in a demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise, multi-task and work with a customer focused approach.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse data/ reports to identify data integrity issues and provide a resolution.
