  2. Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration with a minimum of 5 years post graduate experience and at least 3 years full time equivalent experience in mental health nursing. In addition, the applicant must have an approved post graduate qualification relevant to the speicalty hold hold a Masters (pertaining to specialty field) or is willing to enorl and commence a Masters in the relevent specialty field within two years of the appointment.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and effective interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  4. Demonstrated capability to develop and deliver education.
  5. Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively both independently and as part of the multidisciplinary service.
  6. Identified leadership capability with the ability to influence innovative nursing practice.
  7. Experience in project management with demonstrated high level facilitation skills.
  8. Advanced computer skills.
