- Professional qualification in Social Work and eligible membership for AASW; professional qualification in Occupational Therapy or Psychology or as a Registered Nurse and current registration with AHPRA
- High level verbal and written communication skills with fluency in designated community language in addition to English.
- Demonstrated experience and expertise in mental health assessment, intervention and education for CALD consumers.
- High level understanding and experience in cross-cultural mental health issues.
- Demonstrated commitment to strengths based practice and recovery focused care as well as consumer and carer participation and consultation.
- Commitment to community development and community education.
- Current NSW Drivers’ Licence.
