  1. Consistently demonstrates behaviours that reinforce the CORE Values of our organisation; Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment. Demonstrates these behaviours with all stakeholders; colleagues, direct reports, as well as our patients and consumers, and those that care for them
  2. Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Nurse Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA) and current NSW Driver’s License. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Management /Education or equivalent work experience or a combination of study and work experience. Demonstrated recent participation in professional development to further enhance the management and leadership competencies
  3. Demonstrated and current experience in education in the health context, with the ability to design and evaluate innovative programs
  4. Demonstrated leadership skills of a virtual team,  including effective communication,  interpersonal skills, negotiation and influencing and the ability to motivate, inspire and manage staff to achieve service and professional goals
  5. Demonstrated understanding of leadership capabilities, their translation to practice and use in leadership programs.
  6. Demonstrated  ability to build working relationships with both internal and external key stakeholders at senior management and executive levels.
  7. Demonstrated understanding and analysis of systems that support education e.g. Learner Management Systems, Student Placement Management Systems.
  8. Demonstrated the ability to manage team/organisational priorities.
