- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Nurse Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA) and current NSW Driver’s License. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Management /Education or equivalent work experience or a combination of study and work experience. Demonstrated recent participation in professional development to further enhance the management and leadership competencies
- Demonstrated and current experience in education in the health context, with the ability to design and evaluate innovative programs
- Demonstrated leadership skills of a virtual team, including effective communication, interpersonal skills, negotiation and influencing and the ability to motivate, inspire and manage staff to achieve service and professional goals
- Demonstrated understanding of leadership capabilities, their translation to practice and use in leadership programs.
- Demonstrated ability to build working relationships with both internal and external key stakeholders at senior management and executive levels.
- Demonstrated understanding and analysis of systems that support education e.g. Learner Management Systems, Student Placement Management Systems.
- Demonstrated the ability to manage team/organisational priorities.
