Royal North Shore Hospital
What you'll be doing
The Library Technician works at Royal North Shore hospital library and as part of a team, plays an integral role in ensuring clinicians have the access to the latest information about clinical practice.
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Completion of Diploma in Library and Information Studies or equivalent, with eligibility for Library Technician membership of the Australian Library and Information Association (ALIA).
- Demonstrated well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to communicate effectively with a range of client groups.
- Demonstrated commitment to client-focused service provision, including quality improvement and service evaluation.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and commitment to achieving team goals.
