- Understanding of Medical Terminology, or willingness to undertake training.
- Excellent communication skills including accurate spelling, good comprehension, confidence in the spoken word and ability to deal confidently and courteously with people at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience in Microsoft platforms eg; word processing, excel and sound knowledge of Cerner Health platform eg: eMR, scheduling
- Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to triage client telephone calls to the appropriate team member.
- Current NSW Drivers Licence.
