Home Therapies Registered Nurse - Dialysis

1. Consistently demonstrates behaviours that reinforce the CORE Values of our organisation; Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment. Demonstrates these behaviours with all stakeholders; colleagues, direct reports, as well as our patients and consumers, and those that care for them.
2. Registered Nurse - Division 1 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
3. Previous experience in peritoneal dialysis and/or haemodialysis modalities with experience working autonomously with patient assessment and planning care. Previous experience in patient education and adult learning principles.
4. Current NSW driver’s licence.
5. Demonstrated effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
