Grief Counsellor
- Social Worker eligible for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers with demonstrated experience as level 2 or equivalent.
- Experience as a counselling clinician in bereavement, palliative care or end of life contexts and specialist knowledge of bereavement, loss and grief processes. Experience in working with adolescents and young adults.
- Proven ability to work independently, with minimal supervision and as a collaborative member of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Capacity to provide education and training to health professionals in the areas of grief, loss and bereavement and capacity to provide clinical supervision to social workers and social work students.
