Executive Assistant to the Director of Nursing
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to be self-motivated with good time management skills.
- Outstanding organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workload, meet deadlines, be flexible and show initiative.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a wide range of people, including friendly and helpful customer service skills.
- Strong writing skills including demonstrated ability to produce high-level executive reports and policies for submission; ability to create reports which intergrate complex information from multiple sources into a concise and easily understood document - with careful attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate administrative functions including change management and proactive problem identification and solving.
- Capacity to work under minimal supervision and perform a diverse range of tasks in a high pressure and busy executive office.
