- Demonstrated senior experience in providing management support at an Executive Level including a proven capacity to operate effectively in an environment demanding confidentiality and discretion in issues management.
- High level administrative skills and experience including financial monitoring and demonstrated capacity to develop and implement office administrative systems.
- Proven high proficiency in using PC based software including advanced level of proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (word, spread-sheets, presentations and graphics) and network operations. Demonstrated experience in the use HPE Records Manager/TRIM.
- High level communication skills, including sound negotiation, interpersonal and liaison skills. Demonstrated ability to respond, adapt and cope with changing priorities and demands in a multidisciplinary work environment.
- Proven high level organisational skills including the ability to effectively prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
- Proven ability to work in a team environment. Demonstrated capacity to work independently and exercise initiative and judgement. A demonstrated ability to independently problem-solve and use judgement and discretion.
- Demonstrated experience in servicing high level committees, including preparation of agendas, minute taking and preparation of correspondence.
