- Previous experience in a high-level administrative/secretarial role and ability to understand and apply relevant policies in relation to administrative functions.
- Superior verbal and written communication, interpersonal, negotiation and facilitation skills.
- Proven ability to problem solve, prioritise workload and meet deadlines using flexibility and initiative.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Ability to handle controversial and emotive issues/information confidently and confidentially.
- High-level information technology and systems skills including office systems. Word processing, Power Point and Spread Sheet packages.

All NSW Health workers are required to have two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine, as defined by NSW Health. Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate.
