Where you'll be working

Our Enrolled Nurse - Professional Practice Program is available across all NSLHD inpatient facilities

What you'll be doing

The NSLHD Enrolled Nurse - Professional Practice Program (EN-PPP) is a 12 month structured program that facilitates enrolled nurses in developing and enhancing their clinical skills and professional development within their scope of practice in the acute, sub-acute and mental health care setting.

People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

  1. Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled nurse with recent completion of a Diploma in Nursing or Eligibility for registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse upon completion of Diploma in Nursing prior to commencement.
  2. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  3. Demonstrated communication skills, both written and verbal.
  4. Demonstrated evidence of clinical placement undertaken in a NSW Health facility.
