An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and motivated Enrolled Nurse with a strong interest in Community Nursing to join the very experienced and dedicated Northern Sydney Home Nursing – North Ryde Team. Northern Sydney Home Nursing Service is actively committed to providing quality professional community nursing care. The service utilised a progressive model of service delivery which promotes accessibility, patient autonomy and independence with measurable health outcomes.

What you'll be doing

The NSLHD Nursing and Midwifery Workforce will be compassionate, competent, confident, contemporary, capable and committed to leading person-centred health care.

To provide safe and effective community nursing care to patients within their home using an individualised holistic approach related to the goals of care determined by the Primary Nurse (Registered Nurse) and within professional role limits and NSHNS Enrolled Nurse Scope of Practice.

The Enrolled Nurse will work under both the direct and indirect supervision of the Registered/Primary Nurse.

 

People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

  1. Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
  2. Recent significant experience as an Enrolled Nurse.
  3. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  4. NSW Drivers Licence.
