- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse, and hold post registration clinical or educational qualifications or qualifications relevant to the clinical area in which he/she is appointed, or qualifications deemed equivalent by the employer.
- Demonstrated knowledge, experience in presentation and facilitation skills, coaching, mentoring, and educating staff who support learners.
- Demonstrated educational capability, with experience and commitment to developing and influencing leadership development and a positive workplace culture through the implementation and evaluation of professional development frameworks and programs.
- Demonstrated knowledge, experience and commitment to coaching, mentoring and educating staff who support learners and to embrace and promote change in a positive way through the delivery of education.
- Demonstrated effective written and oral communication skills and the ability to research and write reports and other business documents. Demonstrated computer literacy with the ability to use appropriate computer applications such as Microsoft Office, ClinConnect and My Health Learning.
- Recognised skills and expertise in workplace training, with demonstrated experience in assessment skills and feedback.
- Hold NSW Driver's Licence.
