Early Childhood Teacher

1. Consistently demonstrates behaviours that reinforce the CORE Values of our organisation; Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment. Demonstrates these behaviours with all stakeholders; colleagues, direct reports, as well as our patients and consumers, and those that care for them.
2. Early Childhood Teacher qualification as approved by ACECQA and current Teacher Accreditation (NESA).
3. High level of written and oral communication skills.
4. Demonstrated ability to implement and analyse educational programs for children 0-5 years within Early Years Learning Framework.
5. HLTAID012 - Provide an emergency first aid response in an education and care setting or equivalent qualifications (as approved by ACECQA - must cover Provide First Aid and emergency response to asthma and anaphylaxis). Approved child protection qualification.
6. Ability to lead and support team members for child development, assessment, planning and documentation.
