  2. Relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated experience in campus development activities and facility planning within a large health organisation.
  3. High level analytical and evaluation skills, including the ability to critically analyse complex matters, identify potential risks and recommend solutions.
  4. Experience in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to large scale strategic planning projects.
  5. Demonstrated ability to set priorities, achieve objectives and deliver quality results on a range of complex projects whilst working to tight deadlines.
  6. Proven ability to build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Well-developed written, oral and interpersonal communications skills, including extensive experience in the preparation and coordination of briefing notes, reports and recommendations.
