- Relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated experience in campus development activities and facility planning within a large health organisation.
- High level analytical and evaluation skills, including the ability to critically analyse complex matters, identify potential risks and recommend solutions.
- Experience in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to large scale strategic planning projects.
- Demonstrated ability to set priorities, achieve objectives and deliver quality results on a range of complex projects whilst working to tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Well-developed written, oral and interpersonal communications skills, including extensive experience in the preparation and coordination of briefing notes, reports and recommendations.
