- Electrical Trades Certificate & Industrial Electronics Certificate of the Dept. of Technical and Further Education or such other certificate or course of training as may be deemed appropriate.
- A major aspect of this role is customer service. Please demonstrate what you think constitutes good customer service.
- Please demonstrate a time where you had to respond to an unhappy customer, manager, or colleague and what steps you took to resolve the matter.
- Please demonstrate the last test you would carry out after completed an overhaul of a dialysis machine.
