An exciting opportunity exists for Registered Nurses to join our community nursing team working 2 or 3 days per week depending on the position. The Community RN provides quality care to patients in the community, in their home or a clinic setting, using an individualised, holistic and person-centred approach.

Where you'll be working

This position is located with the Mona Vale team in Northern Sydney Home Nursing Service, working out of the Mona vale Community Health Centre.

The Community RN provides quality care to patients in the community, in their home or a clinic setting, using an individualised, holistic and person-centred approach.



People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.

 

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

  1. Registered Nurse –Division 1 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  2. Demonstrated ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team, with an emphasis on service delivery, patient safety, quality of care and team cohesion.
  3. Current NSW Drivers Licence.
