The purpose of Clinical Trials Coordinator (CTC) role is to support and coordinate multiple NSLHD Clinical trial units.

Where you'll be working
The CTC will work with NSLHD Research Directorate which provides support and resources to research groups across NSLHD.

What you'll be doing
The CTC will manage the patient caseload for each study, conducting, and coordinating all aspects of study-specific and study-required procedures.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

  1. Relevant tertiary qualification/s and/or equivalent experience in the planning, coordination and conducting of industry-sponsored multi-centre clinical research trials.
  2. Excellent communication and organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail, prioritising work load to meet conflicting and critical deadlines.
  3. Highly developed communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
  4. Demonstrated understanding of the legal, ethical and regulatory requirements for research as per ICH-GCP and other national guidelines; and current GCP certification.
