  2. Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Nurse Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA) with relevant post-registration qualifications and at least 3 years' experience working in the clinical area of their specified post-graduate qualification or such other qualifications or relevant equivalent experience.
  3. Demonstrated knowledge and ability to mentor and coach nursing staff to enhance professional development.
  4. Demonstrated experience in leading and initiating activities to improve clinical service delivery and patient clinical outcomes.
  5. Competence with word processing, spreadsheets and electronic communication. Demonstrated ability to work individually and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  6. Experience working with people with heart disease and/or previous experience in Clinical Trials and advanced Venepuncture skills.
  7. Ability to conduct interviews with trial patients, both face to face and over the telephone providing information, gaining consent and information collection for follow-up.
