- Current full registration with AHPRA and Masters or Doctorate level post-graduate qualification in Clinical Psychology, Clinical Neuropsychology or Child and Adolescent Mental Health. The postgraduate qualifications must be of no less than two years full time duration (or part-time equivalent) and include professional clinical coursework, clinical training and supervised placement experience as core components.
- Demonstrated experience in the assessment and management of adolescents with high level acuity of mental health issues. Knowledge and expertise in contemporary practices in Child and Adolescent Mental Health.
- Demonstrated clinical leadership capacity and clinical supervision skills.
- Experience, knowledge and skills in care planning, family engagement referral and follow up.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, consultation and negotiation skills with the ability to develop and refine strategic relationships.
- Experience in project work or service development activities, that involve planning, developing, implementing, reviewing and evaluation of new initiatives within a health service context.
- Current NSW Drivers License.
