- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse (Division 1).
- Proven experience Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing at a senior level.
- Demonstrated evidence of leadership and management skills to support a critical care team.
- Demonstrated evidence of ability to translate theory into practice by identifying, initiating and implementing changes to improve clinical service delivery and outcomes, models of care, evidence based practice and practice development.
- Demonstrated evidence of awareness of budget development and monitoring of financial performance.
- Demonstrated evidence of excellence in written and verbal communication skills and computer literacy.
- Demonstrated evidence of understanding of how this role contributes to the care of neonates within the division LHD and across the perinatal services network.
