Clinical Nurse Specialist, Mental Health Drug and Alcohol

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Nurse Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA) with relevant post-registration qualifications and at least 3 years' experience working in the clinical area of their specified post-graduate qualification.
• Demonstrated knowledge and ability to mentor and coach nursing staff to enhance professional development.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and initiating activities to improve clinical service delivery and patient clinical outcomes.
• Demonstrated skills in computer use and applications such as Windows, word processing and database.
• Demonstrated ability to work individually and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Demonstrate clinical leadership skills, commitment to patient/client focused care, and experience in proving complex care in the area of Mental Health nursing.
