  2. Holds AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse AND holds relevant clinical or education post registration qualifications in paediatrics or such education and clinical experience deemed appropriate by the employer.
  3. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of evidenced-based practice and contemporary issues in nursing.
  4. Demonstrated effective interpersonal and leadership skills.
  5. Recent extensive clinical experience in an acute paediatrics setting.
  6. Demonstrated competence in the identification of learning needs, the facilitation of educational opportunities, including feedback and assessment process; and in the development, delivery and evaluation of clinically based education, at a ward/unit level.
  7. Demonstrated understanding of the practice development framework
  8. Competence in computer applications relevant to position including Microsoft
