- Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA as a registered nurse and at least 5 years full time post graduate experience. In addition the applicant must have an approved post graduate qualification and substantial relevant experience to the clinical area.
- Extensive, demonstrated care co-ordination experience.
- Demonstrated ability to initiate, implement and evaluate evidence based clinical practice and quality improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrated clinical leadership, including mentorship and supervision to other mental health staff in the assessment, care planning and care delivery of people with complex mental health issues and comorbid conditions.
- Demonstrated high level ability to work effectively both as a member of a multidisciplinary team and independently, including establishing and maintaining partnerships and collaborative working with a range of internal and external key partners.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills and advanced computer literacy and information technology skills.
- Current NSW driver’s licence
