Child and Youth Mental Health Service Community Clinician

1. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or Nursing and registration with AHPRA or membership with AASW for Social Workers. Clinical Psychologists must have a minimum postgraduate Masters or higher in Clinical Psychology. For Social Work, experience as a Level 2 clinician. Occupational Therapist must have experience as a Level 2 clinician. Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2 must have relevant post-registration qualifications and at least 3 years' experience working in the clinical area of their specified post-graduate qualification.
2. Relevant clinical mental health experience in a community setting which includes working with children and/or adolescents and their families.
3. Demonstrate knowledge and skills in the assessment, formulation and treatment of young people who are experiencing  serious mental health problems
4. Demonstrate knowledge and skills in promoting recovery and trauma informed practice including the development of shared decision making practices with young people and families.
