- Current professional registrations, including registration with AHPRA as a Radiographer, EPA for Radiation Licence and Australian Institute of Radiography for Statement of Accreditation.
- Evidence of strong and empowering leadership skills, motivation and advocacy with sound ability in conflict resolution and staff performance management, with flexible, empathic and perceptive interpersonal and staff liaison skills.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional team building expertise, liaison and negotiation skills and ability and experience in applying change management strategies.
- Competence in financial management to demonstrate service provision is delivered in an efficient and effective manner, including the use of radiology information systems to inform decision.
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Office applications, Incident Management System, Human Resource & Financial management applications, computerised rostering systems and Radiology Information Systems.
- Knowledge of RANZCR Accreditation guidelines, ISO 9001 requirements and ACHS as related to accreditation of Imaging Departments.
