What you'll be doing
Joining the Northern Sydney Local Health District (NSLHD) ACAS will mean you will be part of a dynamic team with various sites providing Aged Care Assessment to NSLHD. Excellent education and clinical supervision is provided on an ongoing basis. The team will welcome applications from all those with strong interest and passion for working with older persons and who want to be part of multi-disciplinary team. Applicants need to have a strong commitment to working to a high standard and within very tight time frames.
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Well-developed written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated skills in time management and ability to manage allocated workload.
- Demonstrated equivalent experience working with older people and/or Certificate III in Home Care or Aged Care or Allied Health Assistance.
