Admissions Supervisor

Where you'll be working: Hornsby Hospital
What you'll be doing:To provide supervision of Admissions staff, ensuring high level of customer service to patient’s, visitors and carers. This position contributes to improving data quality for inpatient episodes, to ensure that policies and procedures are followed, whilst maximising revenue opportunities for the organisation, by ensuring staff are trained to provide accurate and timely data entry and correct errors where required.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Supervisor experience in a busy work environment.
- Demonstrated advanced computer skills and experience working with patient information systems.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills and ability to integrate information multiple sources.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and accuracy particularly in relation to data integrity.
