  3. Demonstrated computer skills with Microsoft Office suit of programs and skills in Health System Applications.
  4. Demonstrated data entry skills, email and typing skills with 30 wpm with accuracy and experience maintaining a numerical based filing system.
  5. Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills on the phone and in person and capacity to deal with client interactions in a professional manner.
  6. Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team, flexibility and openness to new tasks/ duties as requested.
  7. Experience in the Health field including familiarity with medical terminology.
  8. Demonstrated ability to use initiative and manage own time effectively, and participate in quality improvement projects.
