  2. Experience in reception /medical office procedures with capacity to undertake a range of administrative tasks, demonstrating organisational and time management skills.
  3. Understanding of the concepts and requirements of confidentiality and privacy as they relate to health issues.
  4. Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office including Access, Outlook, MS Word, Excel and eMR/CHOC. High level in word processing and minute taking.
  5. Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to liaise effectively with a diverse range of people in a calm and respectful manner.
  6. Ability to work autonomously and as an integral part of a multidisciplinary team.
  7. Demonstrated commitment to delivering quality customer focused service.
