  2. Understanding of Medical Terminology , or willingness to undertake training
  3. Excellent communication skills including accurate spelling, good comprehension, confidence in the spoken work and ability to deal confidently and courteously with people at all levels.
  4. Capacity to work under broad supervision and to undertake a diverse range of tasks as an effective member of a team in a high pressure, high volume work environment. 
  5. Demonstrated experience in word processing, spread sheet and database software, knowledge of Cerner PAS and profile tracking and electronic stationery ordering. 
  6. Strong organisation skills and ability to meet deadlines
  7. Demonstrated ability to triage client telephone calls to the appropriate team member
  8. Current NSW Drivers Licence
