Where you'll be working: This key role is based at Hornsby Hospital
What you'll be doing:
• Providing comprehensive executive support to the Clinical Director
• Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating communications
• Creating and maintaining medical rosters with accuracy and attention to detail
• Facilitating efficient office operations within the mental health service
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Clinical Director including maintaining electronic diary, organising meetings, preparation of committee agendas and papers, taking and distributing minutes, providing general administrative support and prioritising tasks to ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Create and maintain medical rosters, leave planners and HealthRoster Update Healthroster and on call roster
- Provide administrative support to medical staff and other staff in the service, e.g., TESL approval
