We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and self-motivated Administration Officer to join our team. Where you'll be working: Royal North Shore Hospital
What you'll be doing: This position must ensure that both frontline and secretarial staff are delivering high quality administrative services in a customer focused manner and in accordance with Hospital and departmental policies. This role involves the oversight supervision of administrative services whilst also providing support to Clinicians, nursing staff, revenue and other senior admin officers within PSIU.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, interpersonal skills and ability to deal confidently and courteously with people at all levels. Well-developed customer service skills.
- Proven ability to manage staff, through leadership and team building skills.
- Capacity to work under minimal supervision and to undertake a diverse range of tasks as an effective member of a team in a high pressure, high volume work environment.
