- Demonstrated high level knowledge of the underlying technologies used in enterprise unified communications systems, videoconferencing systems, network technology architectures, web conferencing, consumer and enterprise IP telephony software and hardware.
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose faults, undertake minor repairs, compose reports and manage complex problems when required on audio and videoconferencing and equipment.
- Demonstrated experience in ICT infrastructure management, service delivery, change management and work practices with the ability to develop, interpret and apply policy to achieve strategic objectives and to adopt and refine relevant systems and processes for effective outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems (Server and Desktops), control systems such as Crestron, AMX and Vantage and understanding of enterprise networks.
- Demonstrated experiencing working with unified communications and collaboration systems including audio and videoconferencing systems and other related infrastructure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written communications skills and a positive approach to client service provision with an ability to work with minimum supervision, show initiative and coordinate resources.
- Capacity and willingness, including current driver’s license valid in NSW, to travel to facilities within the Northern NSW local health district, which may include overnight stay in regional / remote areas.
- Capacity and willingness to participate in an on call roster.
