About the role

An exciting opportunity to join a support and flexible team. In this role the Registered Nurse is required to coordinate and deliver high quality person centred nursing care in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia Standards for Practice for Registered Nurses, and the Policies and Procedures of the Ministry of Health (MoH) and Northern NSW Local Health District (NNSWLHD). The Transitional Aged Care service (TACs) Registered Nurse will work with the multidisciplinary team to provide a comprehensive, evidence based service within the framework of the Transitional Aged Care Program Guidelines.
