About the role

Tweed Community & Allied Health has an exciting opportunity for a new or recently graduating entry level physiotherapist to commence with our physiotherapy department at the new, state of the art Tweed Valley Hospital. The Tweed Valley Hospital represents one of the largest regional capital health investments funded entirely by the NSW Government and will include expanded operating theatres, emergency department, medical and surgical services, GEM, new interventional cardiology and radiotherapy services, comprehensive cancer care as well as enhanced ambulatory care services. This Level 1 physiotherapy position (new or recent graduates with up to 12 months experience) will be responsible for servicing a variety of clinical areas including, but not limited to, hospital inpatients (medical, surgical, orthopaedics, cardiology/CCU, GEM, ICU, ED) and general physiotherapy outpatients. As per our normal service requirements, the incumbent will be required, following a period of clinical orientation and competency training, to contribute to the acute hospital weekend and public holiday roster.
