This vacancy is maternity leave relief for an initial period of up to (39 weeks) for (38 hours per week); the hours and period of employment may change according to the maternity leave requirements.  There is also the possibility of an extension at same / reduced hours.

About the role

The Health Clinician will provide high quality clinical services and leadership as an integral part of the multidisciplinary health care team for patients/clients of the Northern NSW Local Health District (NNSWLHD).

 
Providing high quality services to clients with an early-stage dementia, their families and carers, as a member of the Far North Coast Dementia Outreach Service (DOS). Providing education to clients and families will be key to the role. Having a key role in community development and working in partnership with service providers that support this target group.
