This vacancy is maternity leave relief for an initial period of up to (vacancy period) for (hours per week); the hours and period of employment may change according to the maternity leave requirements.  There is also the possibility of an extension at same / reduced hours.



About the role

Lismore Community & Allied Health have a vacancy for a Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2 (CNS2) to join their Hospital in the Home team. This role
provide clinical leadership and specialised clinical practice in an integrated model of nursing care called Hospital in the Home (HITH), which is designed to prevent hospital admissions and support shorter length of inpatient stay. This service is delivered across the community and acute interface and incorporates medical clinical governance, patient and staff safety and operates within the parameters of Local Health District (LHD).
