- Appropriate tertiary qualifications or equivalent relevant experience or combination.
- Advanced demonstrated knowledge of business process flows for Medical Records Department (MRD) systems.
- Advanced demonstrated current experience working with information systems e.g. PAS and MRD systems, including problem solving and issues resolution relating to complex areas such as build and design.
- Advanced understanding of the issues around business processes and workflow to improve quality.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate both orally and in writing with all levels of staff, managers and external organisations as well as facilitating groups, providing leadership and actioning outcomes.
- Advanced demonstrated ability to plan and prioritise workload and meet deadlines, as a team member in an environment of continuous change and pressure.
- Demonstrated advanced experience using MS applications such as Word, Excel and email.
- Valid unrestricted drivers licence for use in NSW/Australia and willingness to travel in the course of employment, including overnight stays as required.
