  1. Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in implementing, supporting and managing unified communications solutions covering SIP based telephony systems, instant messaging, video-conferencing, legacy PABX systems and associated server management.
  2. Demonstrated ability to diagnose faults, troubleshoot, undertake minor repairs, compose reports and escalate problems when required on telephony, SOE workstations and videoconferencing equipment.
  3. Proven written communication skills with experience in writing user manuals, reports, requests for quotations and running training workshops with non-technical users.
  4. Demonstrated experience with underlying technologies and equipment such as DHCP, DNS, SIP, SIP handsets, Session border controllers and Skype for Business.
  5. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems (Server and Desktops) and understanding of enterprise networks.
  6. Excellent customer service orientation with the ability to manage relationships with a wide range of staff, clients and vendors working in and servicing a large Health service organisation.
  7. Capacity and willingness, including current driver's license valid in NSW, to travel to facilities within the Northern NSW local health district, which may include overnight stay in regional / remote areas.
  8. Capacity and willingness to participate in an on call roster.
